Jerry was able to help me on the same day that I called for help. He worked through the After Effects problems with me on Skype, using shared screen. I was able to record the Skype call using screenflow so that I could go through it again if I forgot how to do anything. I was working the computer following Jerry's instructions and I would like to say jerry showed remarkable patience. We were able to breakdown the problems that I was having, create a working template and a workflow all within an hour.

Twice I have used the Skype support service and both times we had a quick result, well done Jerry.

I had spent a good few hours trying to figure out a way to do something in Motion but gave up. I really didn't think Jerry could sort it out, but he did.

I realise now that I had been wasting loads of time rendering from FCP to Motion and back again, thanks to Jerry's support I have a much better workflow.

When you talk to Jerry it is so obvious he has a lot of years training experience, he knows how to solve issues and also how to deliver the information so I could understand him. I recommend his support 100%.

After talking on Skype and sorting the project out I realised I needed more training. I booked 2 days with Jerry covering a lot of material in the course and I feel much more confident with the next project.

We now use the Skype support from AJVmedia for any problems we are having and it saves us having to wait for free dates in both our calendars and 3 hours of travelling for Jerry which obviosly had to be paid for in the rates.

Why online support on Skype?

Support is perfect for delivery online for a few reasons
No travelling - Time and money saved.
No delays - Sorting the problem there and then.
Cost effective - Minimum booking is only 15 minutes for online but
1/2 day for onsite support.
15 to 30 minutes is the average support call leaving you to carry on and complete your project on time.
Training support - Follow up support for training courses when it's not feasible to rebooking more training days.
Targeted support - Searching the web can be hit and miss, training videos are unlikely to cover your problem and manuals will take forever to search. Get straight to the problem and resolve it, it's just like having the trainer sitting next to you.
